About the job:
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Services Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent across various departments within Holepunch. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, managing the full life cycle of the hiring process while maintaining excellent communication with candidates.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Develop job descriptions and post job openings across various platforms.
Source candidates through direct outreach, job boards, social media, and industry connections.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process for candidates.
Provide feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment methods and strategies.
Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Job requirements
3+ years of experience in recruitment, within the IT industry hiring for the software engineering roles.
Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and handle high-volume hiring.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
